Information:

WinCE.Duts.A is the first Windows CE (Pocket PC) file infector. The virus is a simple, appending file-infector that will only infect ARM-based devices.

When WinCE.Duts.A is executed, it performs the following actions:
Displays the following message, asking the user whether the virus can continue to execute:

Window title: WINCE4.Dust by Ratter/29A
Text: Dear User, am I allowed to spread?
Buttons: Yes / No

If the user agrees, the virus appends itself to all the non-infected .exe files in the root folder.

Note: The virus contains no payload.
